Function:
1. Leakage Test:
High- and low-pressure leak tests are performed to detect leaks in the pump body, connectors, and seals.
2. Flow Test:
Tests the high-pressure pump's fuel flow rate at various speeds (simulating engine speed) and pressures.
3. Pressure Test:
Tests the speed at which the fuel pump reaches target pressure and the stability of maintaining pressure under specific operating conditions.
4. Fuel Metering Valve (IMV) Control and Test:
Tests the flow regulation characteristics of the IMV valve at various currents to determine whether the valve itself is functioning properly.
